Jennifer Kirby, broker, GRI, earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She worked in print media and marketing before returning to Pinehurst, her hometown, and joining The Kirby Group.

Jennifer volunteers with the Moore County Literacy Council and the United Way of Moore County, where she previously served on the board of directors. She also belongs to the Sandhills Striders Road Runners Club and Sandhills Presbyterian Church.

She loves distance running, reading, writing and being outdoors. She lives in Pinehurst with her husband, Matt, and their daughter, Claire.

Stephen Kirby, broker in charge, earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Before joining The Kirby Group he worked for SMC 500 as a public relations representative and account manager on its Kleenex® Racing account.

Stephen is active in the Kiwanis Club of the Sandhills, where he co-chairs the new-member recruitment committee and a Spring Fest committee. He also volunteers as a head coach for Sandhills Youth Soccer League.

Matt Kirby, broker, graduated cum laude from North Carolina State University with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a minor in business management. He worked as a mechanical engineer and then as a construction consultant before returning to his hometown of Pinehurst to become a partner in The Kirby Group.

Matt volunteers with the United Way of Moore County's annual golf tournament and belongs to Sandhills Presbyterian Church. He lives in Pinehurst with his wife, Jennifer, and their daughter, Claire.

Carrie Kirby, GRI, broker, attended Meredith College in Raleigh before transferring to North Carolina State University, where she majored in communications with a concentration in public relations.

Before joining The Kirby Group she worked as a legal assistant to Southern Pines real estate attorney Kirsten Foyles. She specializes in new construction sales.

In her free time Carrie enjoys running, making jewelry, reading and spending time with friends and family.  She is an Ambassador for the Moore County Chamber of Commerce and volunteers as a cheerleading coach for Moore County Parks and Recreation. She lives in Whispering Pines with her husband, Jacob, their daughter, Riley, and their boxer, Conner.
